Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services firm, conducts the TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT) as an entry gateway for freshers to join not just TCS but also several partner companies.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Batch: 2021 – 2027
- Education: UG, PG, or Diploma students (any discipline)
- Work Experience: Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience
- Age Limit: 17 to 30 years
📝 Selection Process
The TCS NQT consists of different variants. For IT roles, you must take:
- Cognitive Skills Test – Verbal, Reasoning, Numerical
- Programming Skills Test – Coding questions
- Based on your score, you can apply to TCS and other recruiters using the same scorecard.
- No negative marking
- Score validity: 2 years
